Sharing with Workspace Members

You can invite others to join your workspace and collaborate together. By default, all your pages and tasks are shared with all workspace members. However, you can adjust permissions for each page to keep certain content private or share it with specific individuals.

To invite others to your workspace:

  • Access the Members tab from Settings or from the Share menu on a page.
  • Click on Add a Member.
  • Enter email addresses and set the permission levels.
  • Click on Send Invites.

Invited workspace members will receive an email notification with an invitation to your workspace. Once they accept, they can access and collaborate within your workspace.

Sharing with Guests

You can invite people outside your workspace to collaborate on specific pages. They will only be able to edit or view the pages you invite them to, making it ideal for sharing information with clients, contractors, or friends if your workspace is for personal use.

To invite guests to your pages:

  • Open the Share menu.
  • Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
  • Click on Send Invites.

Invited guests will receive an email notification with an invitation to your page. Once they accept, they can access and view your page.

Please note, each workspace has a limit on the number of guests you can invite, which varies based on your workspace plan.

View all pages shared with me

You can view all pages shared with you from different workspaces in one place. From the sidebar click on Shared With Me to view a table of all pages shared with you. The button will be visible once you accept at least one page invitation.
