What is Saga?

Saga is a next-generation tool for knowledge management. We believe that all your knowledge should always be accessible and connected without friction. At Saga, we care most about usability and simplicity, so you and your team can focus on your work.

I am currently using Saga for free. When are paid plans going to be launched?

We'll be launching Saga out of beta and implementing billing in the next few months of 2022. Until then, you can use any of the Team plan features free of charge.

Can I use Saga for free with my team?

Yes, you can use the Free plan with up to 3 editors. It's also free to invite more people to your workspaces as viewers only.

Can I share a workspace publicly?

Yes! Anyone with the link to the workspace can then access it without being logged in. We're also working on a way to only share single pages and even collections publicly with the world.

Do you have a desktop app?

Yes, you can find it here (macOS only, Windows and Linux are coming very soon).

Do you have a mobile app?

At the moment, Saga only works on browsers and desktops, but we have heavily optimized it for web mobile experience. If you really need a mobile app, we would be happy if you contact us and tell us more about your requirements.

How can I make sure that I don't lose my data?

We worked very hard to make Saga as robust as it is today. To keep your data safe, your workspace data is encrypted and securely stored in our database. On top of that, we allow you to export pages as JSON and Markdown so that you can store them how and where you want, or even share them.

How can I request a feature or report a bug?

Join our communities on Slack and Discord. Feel free to send us your feedback, report bugs, or just say hi. Other than that, you can also always shoot us an email.

How can I find out about your latest updates?

We publish our latest changes in our updates section. We also announce new features on Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, and Slack.

How can I find out about your roadmap?

You can find our roadmap here. Further, we have an engaged community of people on Slack and Discord, where we happily discuss features and feedback directly with users.
