Saga is a fast and simple workspace for your notes, docs, and tasks. It's designed for individuals and teams who want to work faster with AI assistance.
How do Saga's plans work?
Saga offers three plans: Free, Standard, and Business. The Free plan is perfect for personal use and small teams. Standard is ideal for mid-sized teams who need unlimited collaboration. Business is designed for larger organizations with advanced needs.
What is the difference between the Free and Standard plans?
The Free plan includes unlimited pages and tasks, up to 3 members per workspace, and 5,000 words/month of Saga AI. Standard includes unlimited workspace members, unlimited Saga AI, unlimited version history, and more integrations.
Can I use Saga for free with my team?
Yes! The Free plan allows up to 3 members per workspace and includes unlimited pages and tasks. You can invite up to 10 guests to view and comment.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a shared environment where you and your team can collaborate on pages, tasks, and projects. Each workspace has its own members, settings, and content.
Can I share a workspace publicly?
Yes, you can make pages and workspaces public so anyone with the link can view them. This is great for documentation, wikis, and public-facing content.

Will I be charged VAT/GST?
VAT may apply depending on your location. All prices displayed are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I add extra members to the workspace, and how will it be billed?
Yes, you can add members at any time. New members are prorated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
What are the AI models that Saga AI uses?
Saga AI is powered by the most advanced AI models available, including GPT-4o. We continuously update our models to provide the best experience.
Do you have a desktop app?
Yes! Saga is available as a desktop app for Mac and Windows. Download it from saga.so/desktop for a native experience.
Do you have a mobile app?
Saga works great on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.
How do you protect my data?
We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't use your data to train AI models. See our privacy policy for details.
